Aim Rule 26

The London Stock Exchange has recently published a new set of rules for AIM (Alternative Investment Market) companies. Rule 26 requires all AIM-quoted companies to maintain a corporate website which contains certain information displayed in the required manner.

Existing AIM quoted companies have until 20 August 2007 to comply with the new rules, from which point all new companies joining AIM must have a corporate website in place from the date of flotation.
